Ingersoll Rand BU7A air tugger

Completely rebuilt 3/17/2010 with factory new parts, including; case gaskets, lip seal, needle bearings, ball bearings, o-rings, thrust washer, piston rings, head gaskets, etc..

Excellent condition with like new shafts and gear teeth, pistons and cylinders. Previous owner was a house mover, unit has never been used offshore or in a salt water environment, no corrosion or rust on this unit. Was not used very often at all.

1950 slp stall rating, on first layer or wrap of the cable.

Rated 1000 slp at 45 fpm ( mid-drum or half drum rating)

Takes 1/4" wire rope.

Barrel of drum is 4.5" in diameter (root), Flange is 8.5" in diameter, Drum is 4.5" long.

Operates on air at 90 psi

Free-wheel capable with sliding jaw clutch (lowest handle, on end)

Forward - Neutral- Reverse control handle (sticking straight up, on other end)

Band type brake band (handle in the middle of the other two).

Rectangular mounting pattern with four bolt holes. Manual included.
