Not thought to have been previously used as paper tag is in good shape and drum is not worn.
Appears to have a compound gear set-up or system, which would be two sets of gears, a worm gear set and then a further reduction through larger spur gears. Most newer (and more expensive units) have a much cheaper single worm gear reduction which will not last long.
