24' Little Yacht

• 27.5' Overall length
• 2' Bow pulpit
• 29" welded fantail over stern
• 8' 6" wide

• This boat is 21' 6" from the bow eye to the stern.
• It is 23' from the point of the bow (not including the anchor pulpit) to the stern.
• It is 25' from the forward most tip of the anchor pulpit to the stern.
• It is 27.5' from the forward most tip of the anchor pulpit to the aft most part of the fantail.

At the stern, I measured the deadrise of the bottom vee. At a point about 32" out from the centerline (on either side), I encountered both an angle strake welded on the bottom of the hull and also the main frame rail of the trailer, the deadrise at this point is about 10".

• Formerly powered by twin 485 Mercuiser engines (4 cylinder models).
• Cut-outs for drives are on 28" centers.
• We can modify, if necessary to accept outboards.
• Double bottom and sides, some foam filled.
• Aluminum floors, sealed, self bailing with side scuppers.
• Enclosed engine compartment with double bottom also.
• Large hatches are foam filled, insulated double skinned also, smooth floors.
• Seats on pipe stands can be moved, four seats, seven locations.
• Stern and bow railing is welded.
• Chock in pulpit for rope. Below deck rope locker with hinged lid on bow.
• Forward escape/ventilation hatch for cuddy cabin.
• Front opening windscreen (center).
• Convertible rag top over pilot and navigator.
• Large center hold (very long) for drop in type fuel tank.

Windows are good. No cracks, pits, electrolysis or corrosion on this hull. Stern plating is 1/4" (where outdrives are removed you can clearly see it). Bottom plate is 3/16 ths, can see where it sticks back 2 inches at stern. All of it is thicker than necessary. The bow hatch is trimmed in 3/8 flatbar and that's just one example.
Side paint almost looks darn good. Probably would be fine with a wax/buff out. Bottom paint not too bad. Deck paint looks crappy; the reason, it was applied over already hardened primer. Solution: Sand sweep or blast deck paint off and re-prime deck and top coat paint.

Trailer was borrowed from another boat and is too short for this one if it had motors in it.

Current Louisiana State registration card in hand for hull, LA does not title boats. Ready to sell/transfer.

Update....The windows are out, the trim tabs are off, the wood around the outdrives is out, all wires, gauges, etc... stripped out and ready to blast/paint. Cabin can be re-done or cut-off altogether and/or replaced with a crewboat cabin.
