This unit has been layed up almost since built. Hoses will need to be changed I think and also you can count on re-sealing the rams too. The controls and power unit must have been part of the boat because they were not and are not on the crane now. I think the crane is of the continuous revolving type but the swivel joint or "O-Ring can" is not presently installed. One may be re-installed or a mechanical stop can be put in or a swing stop valve installed, (your option). Rust is very light to none.
